Eagles (Years 4, 5 & 6)

Welcome to Eagles!

Miss Lee is our teacher and she is helped by Mrs Salter who is also a fully qualified teacher - we are very lucky!

We have a great time in our class, we especially like the theme days that make our learning exciting.

Here are some comments about our school:

"Our class is fun because Miss Lee connects the subjects into topics, such as the Amazon River and the Greeks."  Olivia

"In Eagles its great fun and an excellent place for learning.  The work is more advanced and different techniques are used. Although my class is mixed age, I believe that the students work well alongside each other." Phoebe

"I really enjoy lessons here, I like the teachers because they are friendly and don't yell at you." Sophie

"We are very fortunate to have an ICT suite and a Smart Board in our classroom." Sammi

"Our class is fun, exciting and interesting." Olivia

"I think that the people here are always happy and the older children are always caring towards the little ones in Kestrels' class" Sophie

"I really liked the science day because we did unusual experiments." George

"I love Arts Week because its creates good team work and most of all its lots of fun!" Amber

"I love assemblies because we listen to stories from the Bible and we sometimes act them out." Amber

"Very recently we have had our playground marked out with new games. In the summer we go up to the field to play at lunchtimes, we also have sports day there." William

"Our clubs are good too.  You get to make new friends and you have fun and learn at the same time!" Daisy

"We get great school trips and residentials to go on, and we have sports day, and take part in World Maths Day and World Book Day - but we also do lots more!" Aled

"The teachers are kind and loving to all the children in the whole school which makes us happy, so we learn more."  Sammi

"We have table points for the tidiest table and whoever gets the most gets a reward which helps keep the classroom tidy." Olivia

" I think having peer mediation is good.  They help us to sort out any arguments. Children who aren't mediators also learn from the peer mediators so they can sort out their own problems too." Daisy
